Daniel D. Huh, president of the center, said “We are waiting for more help and donations, especially furniture, vehicles, operation fund and so on.”
He has a master’s degree in social welfare and is a social worker first class.
“We can help each other and make our community better. Kagman has potentials to be the best residential area on the island of Saipan,” he said.
“We, community members, want to give thanks to those who showed support — the lawmakers of Precinct 5. the Senate and the executive director of the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library,” he added.
