(Office of the CNMI Lt. Governor) — Lt. Gov. Arnold I. Palacios has been discharged from the Intensive Care Unit at the Queens Healthcare Center in Honolulu, Hawai’i and released to a primary care physician for outpatient care.
Two-and-half weeks after his medical event at Guma Hustisia on Tuesday, May 31, Lt. Gov. Palacios says he feels much better and looks forward to getting back home and getting back to work. He remains optimistic that he will be returning back to the CNMI in the next couple weeks or so.
“I feel great and everything is fine but I still have tests this week and next. We need to make sure these things don’t happen again,” he said.
Lt. Governor Palacios and second lady Wella thank the community for their continued prayers and support.
His office will continue to provide updates as they become available.
