Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho signed the arrest warrant for Kaipat and set the cash bail at $1,000.
According to the complaint against Kaipat, he “unlawfully and without authorization entered upon or interfered with the peaceful use and enjoyment of the property of another, and upon being lawfully advised to leave or desist refused to do so.”
Kaipat entered Blue Sky Supermarket in Afetna and “was harassing customers” by asking for money, the complaint stated.
It added that Kaipat likewise “unreasonably annoyed or disturbed [several] persons, thereby depriving…them of…their right to peace and quiet.”
Kaipat on numerous occasions asked customers at Blue Sky Market for money, the complaint added.
According to the arresting police officers, Kaipat also resisted arrest.
