Donatus Francisco was apprehended for causing disturbance by the Sure Save mart in Meketii Friday afternoon.
The incident was reported to the police at 4:20 p.m.Patrol Division Chief Ismael N. Aguon said that police officer responded to the site after a man requested for assistance about an individual throwing rocks by the Sure Save mart.In other police reports, a man walked in to the police station on June 13 at 5 p.m. and reported an assault and battery incident.The victim complained of pain in the right arm and claimed he was assaulted at T-Dock in Meketii.Aguon said the victim had injury in the forehead.A woman also called police on June 14 at 1:20 p.m. and reported that she was beaten up by a male relative in Airai.No arrest has been made and the case is still under investigation.
