Hampherley Wasisang, also known as Bley, is accused of allegedly breaking into his mother’s home and stealing food stuff that were stored in two freezers.
Wasisang allegedly took without permission or authorization two frozen chicken and an undisclosed number of frozen fish that were stored in the freezers on November 12, 2008.Wasisang allegedly got into his mother’s home by breaking the door locks and proceeded to pry open the freezers’ doors and walked away with the chickens and the fish.An affidavit states that the incident was discovered by Wasisang’s brother-in-law and consequently, the incident was reported to the police.
