The suspect was causing disturbance at a residence in Airai earlier, Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said.
Aguon said that after disturbing the peace of the residence owner, the suspect drove off his vehicle and was spotted by a police officer later.The officer pulled him over and subjected him for sobriety test .The driver was cited for DUI and reckless driving.In other news, a man was also cited for negligent driving when the vehicle he was driving collided with another vehicle by the Landmark hotel, on Sunday.A vehicle run off the roadway in front of Palau Royal Resort on Saturday night.The vehicle run into a concrete fence.Aguon said the driver fled the scene on foot.
