A MAN died after jumping from the third floor of Bencam Building in Garapan Thursday morning.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Adrian Pangelinan said the case is still active.
“Police (investigators) have spoken to witnesses and the victim’s other half (wife). The victim was a local male, and time of death [according to] Dr. James Gilbert was 11:44 a.m.,” Pangelinan added.
DPS did not disclose the name of the victim, but Variety learned that the deceased was Roland Kapileo, 43.
Known for his shark face tattoo, he was a Kagman resident and not a tenant of Bencam Building. He was also known to frequent the area and was friends with some of the people who live there.
Residents told Variety that the man “suddenly jumped” from the third floor of the building.
