Man in burglary case denies charges

King Ngiraboi also known as Jesse King Ngiraboi was represented by Chief Public Defender Garth Backe last February 4 when he appeared for arraignment and bail hearing.

He was charged with burglary and grand larceny for burglarizing the RR store in Ngermid on January 1 and 2.Assistant Attorney General Tony De Ruiz appeared on behalf of the government.The defendant was released after posting $100 surety bond.The defendant was arrested last week.The police affidavit submitted in court stated that the owner called police and reported a burglary incident at his store.The affidavit stated that there were two witnesses who saw the defendant when he entered the store on January 1 and 2.The affidavit stated that the defendant during the investigation admitted of cutting the window screen to enter the establishment.The affidavit stated that defendant admitted of stealing $400 cash, beers, canned goods, digital camera, wrist watch, gold necklace, Ramen and four packs of Marlboro cigarettes from the store.
