Acting Patrol Division Chief Peter Napoleon said that the driver attempted to over take another car and collided on the incoming vehicle.
Napoleon said that the incident was reported to the police on Sunday at 11:23 p.m. at Medalaii.
The suspect’s vehicle was traveling from Malakal and was heading towards Medalaii when he attempted to over take another car.
Napoleon said both vehicle sustained damages but no injury was reported to the police.
The suspect was cited for DUI and reckless driving.
