Sgt. Michael Rafael said the victim called police on Tuesday at 10:30 am and reported that his cell phone with a video camera worth $350 was stolen from his car.
The victim said someone went to his car which was parked somewhere in Meyuns and stole his mobile phone.Meanwhile, a burglary and grand larceny incident was also reported to the police on Tuesday morning.Rafael said a woman called police and reported at 6:15 am that someone entered their store in Malakal and stole $388 from a cash register.The woman reported that aside from the cash money, the burglar also stole airtime cards worth $300.No suspects have been identified yet and the incidents are still under investigation.Rafael said anyone who has information on both incidents can call Crime Stoppers at 4888477.
