The minor is a student of Palau High School while the man was identified as Fave Eriang.
The minor and Eriang were both caught on Wednesday afternoon in possession of marijuana.
Sgt. Michael Rafael said the minor was caught by officers in front of RIC in Madelaii at 2:40 pm on Wednesday while Eriang was caught at 4:30 pm in Ikelau.
The minor was later released to his parents while Eriang was booked and confined for illegal possession of a controlled substance.
Meanwhile, a 14-year-old man boy was also picked up for illegal consumption of alcohol in Meketii, on Tuesday.
The minor was picked up at 12:45 am by police officers.
In other police reports, Stone Chelchuus, 43; Flora Delmel, 46 and Mathew Omengebar were also arrested this week for malicious mischief, disturbances and drunken and disorderly conducts.
Chelchuus was arrested for causing disturbance at his residence in Semiich, Koror and for damaging their kitchen on Monday afternoon.
Delmel was arrested for causing disturbance at a residence in Ngerbeched Monday night while Omengebar was causing disturbance in front of an establishment in Meketii, Wednesday night.
Police reports further indicated that several theft incidents were also reported to the police this week.
A juvenile allegedly stole IPod worth $500 at Palau High School campus.
Someone also went to the Palau Community College and stole a Nokia cell phone.
A woman and her son also entered a farm in Echang and harvested sweet potatoes without the owner’s consent.
