KEENE Gavin Deleon Guerrero, 26, at a hearing on March 9, 2023 pled guilty to the charge of theft of services, and was sentenced by Superior Court Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo to one-year imprisonment, all suspended.
The judge also placed Deleon Guerrero under supervised probation for a year beginning March 9, 2023.
Deleon Guerrero was likewise ordered to pay a $120 probation fee.
“Any extension of probation will result in additional probation fees to be paid by Deleon Guerrero,” the judge said.
In addition, Deleon Guerrero will pay restitution in the amount of $64.28 to a Mobil gas station in Garapan.
He will also perform 80 hours of community work service at a rate of no fewer than eight hours per month; and he shall stay away from the Mobil gas station in Garapan.
The judge said he sentenced the defendant after considering the facts of the case, the recommendations of counsel, the mitigating circumstances, and the plea agreement between the parties.
