The victim sustained injuries in the head after he was struck with a flashlight by the suspect.
The incident was reported to the police on Monday at 10:30 am.According to Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon, the incident happened at a parking lot of an establishment in Malakal.The incident is now under investigation.In other news, police said that on January 27 and 28; some properties were reportedly stolen and damaged.Aguon said two vehicles belonging to Ngaraard State government which were parked in Meketii were damaged.On January 28, at 4 pm, a woman walked in to the police station and reported that her cell phone was missing.The woman reported that it has been missing since December.The cell phone is valued at over $50.
