Rozer Tatsuo is currently charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for stabbing Josh Moon in the arm on July 31.
The affidavit of probable cause submitted to court stated that new charges are forthcoming pertaining to Tatsuo’s assaulting another victim with a dangerous weapon.The court document stated that the victim is unable to talk at the moment and is currently under observation at the Intensive Care Unit.Tatsuo was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for stabbing the first victim, Josh Moon while he was sitting in a chair at his residence in Ikesiil on July 31.Tatsuo was arraigned on September 11 and pleaded not guilty to his charges.Tatsuo is set to appear at 10 am today for status conference hearing.Tatsuo is now on bail release condition after posting $700 cash bond.Tatsuo was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace on August 18.The document stated that Tatsuo used a diving knife when he assaulted Moon.The affidavit stated that Tatsuo was drunk when he came to the victim’s residence.Defendant used a six inches diving knife and stabbed the chair that the victim was sitting in.Tatsuo pulled out the knife from the chair and stabbed the victim in the upper left arm.
