Guam Police Department released a flyer Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, to the public as part of an investigation in which officers seek to question Jude Ryan Quenga.
HAGÅTÑA (The Guam Daily Post) — Police are searching for a man who reportedly robbed a Yigo gas station at gunpoint.
Jude Ryan Quenga, 31, is wanted by police for questioning in connection with two robbery investigations that occurred in Mangilao and Yigo.
A wanted flyer issued by authorities flagged Quenga as armed and dangerous with a note that he allegedly “fled on foot from an armed robbery incident occurring in Yigo Shell service station” after he pointed a black pistol at the cashier.
A news release that accompanied the flyer further detailed that Quenga is known to frequent the Sharma Apartments along Songsong Street in Mangilao, the Piti village and the GHURA 506 housing in Yigo.
Quenga is described as standing 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing about 135 to 140 pounds. His hair is shaved or buzz-cut. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, beige pants and Adidas shoes.
