Bureau of Public Safety Patrol Division Acting Chief Peter Napoleon said that the incident was reported to the police on Wednesday at 10:27 p.m.
Chief Napoleon said that the victim’s diving gears were placed on a bench in front of a residence in Malakal when the suspect took it.No suspect has been identified yet and the incident is still under investigation, Chief Napoleon said.
