ON June 8, 2021, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Saipan Southern High School held its drive-through graduation ceremony. While the event was going on, the JROTC Manta Ray road guard detail assisted by providing their organizing skill set to form a safe convoy for well over 100 graduates and families.
A group of cadets who arrived at the Civic Center before the event started to help keep everything organized and to ensure everyone’s safety. The rest of the cadets assisted with the event on campus by setting up the 50 state flags and providing road guard support near the entrance gate of the campus for the graduating car convoy.
