A VOLUNTEER group is urging cattle owners in Marpi to clean up “the mess that their cows leave behind” at Kalabera Cave, a tourist site.
The volunteer group members — Juan I. Tenorio, Frank Aldan, Norman Tenorio and Mario Taitano — are also asking the cattle owners to fix their fences so their cows will not loiter and eat fruit plants in the tourist site area.
Juan I. Tenorio said they were in the area recently to clean it up, and what they saw were mounds of cow manure in the parking area and Chamorro latte hut.
