Harold Nakamura and Jake Eledui were summoned to appear in court on September 11 at 9 am for arraignment.
The police affidavit submitted in court stated that Nakamura and Eledui destroyed the fence enclosure of the generator and stole the generator on April 16.The court document stated that the generator was reported missing on April 17.The technician reported to police that the last time he saw the generator was on April 16.The document stated that Nakamura and Eledui along with a 16-year-old juvenile drove to the PNCC hut in Ngesaol and kicked the fence.Eledui and the juvenile then took the Coleman Power mate generator.The generator was later recovered at Nakamura’s house.
