Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon identified the suspect as Jayce Jostero.
Jostero was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for assaulting a 16-year-old man with a pipe in the forearm.The suspect approached the victim then struck the victim with a pipe.The incident happened in Ikelau by the Penthouse hotel.The incident was reported to the police at 8:05 on Wednesday.The victim was treated for minor injury at the hospital.Meanwhile a man walked in to the police station on May 4 and reported that he was assaulted by his girlfriend in the head with a mirror.The incident happened in Meyas, Meketii.The victim sustained bruises to his head and back of his body.Two men also walked in to the police station and reported assault and battery incidents on Monday morning.The first incident was reported at 10:10 am by a man who told police that his 16-year-old daughter was sexually harassed by another man.Ten minutes later, a man also came and reported that he was assaulted in the Summerhouse in Meyuns.The victim reported that the suspect threatened to do bodily harm on him and fled to the scene afterwards.
