New RP airline flies to Palau

In a statement made earlier this week, Spirit of Manila new flight will be a welcome addition since Pacific Flier which used to fly to Palau has suspended its services.

Spirit of Manila is targeting passengers who frequently travel to the Philippines giving them an alternative airline besides United States carrier Continental Micronesia Airlines.

It is also based in Clark, Pampanga , north of Philippines.

According to the schedule, the airline will be leaving Clark at 12 noon and arriving in Koror at 3:40 p.m., it leaves an hour after for Clark. The arrival time in Clark from Koror is 5:20 p.m.

The airline will service Koror routes the whole September with a one a week charter flight.

Spirit of Manila is the Philippines’ newest carrier, and is operating thrice weekly to Taipei.

The airline will be the second to fly to Koror out of Clark. The first was Pacific Flier which earlier said would resume their services by getting a new aircraft.

Taiwan visitors are the second top country which frequents Palau.

Spirit of Manila has started to service the Middle East route too. It will start routes to Hong Kong soon.

Another carrier from the Philippines, Zest Air is seeking rights to fly to Koror.

Zest Air is the new company that took over Asian Spirit which used to fly to Palau from Davao.

Other airlines currently offering service to and from Palau are Japan AirLines with charter flights from Tokyo; China Airlines with charter flights from Taipei, Taiwan; Asiana Airlines from Korea.
