Melusch-Dil, Skin Care and Beauty Shop in coordination with the Ngarchelong State provided free services to over 80 residents.Diana Libongco, the company’s Vice President for Operations and Marketing said that they are planning to bring their services to the states where most of the residents cannot afford to visit a salon or a muscle pain therapy.Libongco said that the salon’s mission, “goodbye stress, hello wellness,” is something that the company is willing to share to the less fortunate citizens of Palau.The community service last Sunday will be the first of the series of community events that the company is planning to conduct once a month.Libongco and the company’s partner Saturo Adachi, that free services to the states once a month is one way of contributing to the country by ensuring that each person in Palau will have the opportunity to improve their well-being.Dr. Christian Mancao, a Chronic Muscle Pain Specialist also conducted therapy sessions among the elderly who are suffering from chronic muscle pain syndromes.Elementary students meanwhile got free haircut while the other residents enjoyed other services like foot spa, massage and pedicure among others.
