President Johnson Toribiong said that the airline which has only been in service for four months has cancelled all flights “until further notice.”
The local agent of the airline here cannot provide reason for the suspension but Toribiong said that the local office here have already received future bookings.
Pacific Flier started its Koror-Clark route in April. The following months it commenced services to Brisbane, Australia and just recently on Guam.
The airline operates an Airbus A310-300 with an operational base in Australia. It is aimed at providing an alternative airline on Palau offering cheap charter flights.
Recently, the airline has been cancelling its flights. The airline initially flew three times a week to Koror from Clark but later on it was reduced to two times a week.
