But the ballots for the 22 proposed constitutional amendments are being printed in Palau.Decherong said the ballots for the candidates have to be printed on Guam because they will be machine-read.But the ballots for the constitutional amendments will be counted manually.The presidential team of Vice President Elias Camsek Chin and running mate Sen. Alan Seid are running against attorney Johnson Toribiong and Delegate Kerai Mariur.There are 43 candidates for the 13-seat Senate and 43 for the 16-seat House of Delegates.
