Travelers should register for a Covid-19 PCR test date at least 48 hours prior to their schedule departure.
They should answer “Yes” and complete the registration question regarding using the Covid-19 test result for travel related purposes, which will prompt them to include their passport ID number.
Travelers must also provide a copy of their travel itinerary on their scheduled testing date.
The Covid-19 travel testing is from 8:30 to 11 a.m., while the Community-Based Testing hours are from 12:30 to 3 p.m. at KC3.
Test results will be emailed the day after the swab to the email address provided in the online registration.
Travelers can then print out the certificate for their travel purposes.
CHCC and the Governor’s Covid-19 Task Force advise all travelers to check their final destination’s Covid-19 entry requirements and airport and/or airline requirements for Covid-19 testing.
A traveler’s travel destination or airline may require an official stamp or seal on the traveler’s Covid-19 PCR test result certificate.
To pick up a Covid-19 PCR test result certificate with an official seal or stamp, call the CHCC Travel Test Result Team at (670) 785-9966 or visit the KC3 the following day after being swabbed.

Travelers are responsible for determining which Covid-19 testing they need — PCR or antigen —based on their destination or route.
They are likewise responsible for determining the timing of their swab test date schedule.
