COMMUNITY volunteer Max Aguon is once again asking community members not to dump their household trash at the Chalan Kanoa cemetery.
The household items dumped at the cemetery over the weekend included tin roofing and bottles of used motor oil, he said.
“Let’s respect the burial grounds of our loved ones — this is not the place to throw your trash,” Aguon said.
Aguon reiterated the need to comply with the anti-littering law and to dispose of trash properly.
Aguon is a multi-awarded community volunteer who helps protect the environment through his regular voluntary cleanup activities.
