Bureau of Public Safety Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that Polycarp Ngiramamechelchald, 42, George Agustino, 19, Ngiraiechol Ranguul, 19, a minor and a woman identified as Flora Delmen, 44, were arrested on separate incidents of disturbances on February 6, 7 and 9.
Aguon said Ngiramamechelchald was arrested for making disturbance at a residence in Ngerias on February 6.A female called police and reported that the suspect was drunk when he came to the residence on Friday night.Police responded and arrested the suspect for disturbing the peace.The juvenile and the two 19-year-old suspects were involved in a fight at the airport.Aguon said a concerned citizen called and asked for police assistance and ambulance on February 7 at 11:20 p.m.Investigation disclosed that the minor was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon while Agustino and Ranguul were arrested for disturbance.Delmen was arrested for making disturbance in front of Imperial Bar on February 9 at 12:04 am.Police said Delmen was intoxicated and was disturbing the peace of the individuals at the said area.
