A Commonwealth Utilities Corporation bucket truck was loaded Tuesday onto a barge bound for Rota through the assistance of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and organized by the Mawar Disaster Coordinator and Office of the Governor Homeland Security and Emergency Management Special Assistant Franklin R. Babauta. The bucket truck will be used for continuing power restoration efforts in Rota.
