TO thank its customers, Saipan Computer Services gave away eight gadgets and $225 worth of cash prizes during its 2022 customer appreciation raffle draw on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2022.

Ron Smith, president of Angil Design, won the grand prize, an iMac 24″.

A loyal customer of SCS, Smith said: “I want to thank the staff and management of SCS for this gift. I am very happy that my ticket was chosen as the grand prize winner.”

Lorraine Manglona won the first prize, an LG 55” 4K LED HDTV, while Bobbie Cabrera brought home the second prize, a Sony PlayStation 5 console.  

“It’s a wonderful thing to win,” Cabrera said. “Though I am not a gamer myself, this prize will go to my sister,” she added as she expressed her gratitude to SCS.

The other winners are Joe Sablan who won a Canon Rebel T100 DSLR camera; Maturana, Samsung Galaxy A7 Tablet; R Matthews, Levoit Core 400S Air Purifier; John Gourley, Google Nest Hub Max; and Lyn Duenas, Lenovo Smart Clock with charging dock.

The nine winners of the $25 gift certificates are Chas Algaier, AP Solutions, Gloria Matias, Vince Tudela, Nattanut Kaensamrong, John Gourley, Micronesia Conservation Coalition, Charles Cepeda and Jolly Ann Dela Cruz.

In an interview, SCS General Manager Jerry Tiu expressed his gratitude to the community for the support that they continuously give to his company.

“I want to thank the community for putting us in a position where we can provide service beyond sales. We exist because of them and for them,” he added.

He said online businesses are their competition, but their customers continue to choose SCS because of the dedication and quality of customer service that they provide to their clients.

“Here in SCS, we strive to give solutions to our customers’ need not just from the time they purchase the product but also after sales,” he added.

He said SCS ensures that all its staff members give their best when serving their customers.

“We give solutions to our customers’ needs. We are connected to our customers at a different level and we make sure that we are connected to the community,” he added.

SCS staff gives genuine empathy when handling customers’ needs, he said.

“Happy New Year everyone! Let us look forward to the good things in store for us this 2023,” he added.
