(DPS) — The Department of Public Safety would like to notify the public of upcoming road closures during the Flame Tree Arts Festival taking place at Sugar King Park and the CNMI Museum from Friday, April 29, through Sunday, May 1, 2022.
• Friday, April 29, 2022
Chalan Pale Arnold Road between Sugar King Park and the museum will be closed from 3 p.m. through 12 midnight.
• Saturday, April 30, 2022
Chalan Pale Arnold Road between Sugar King Park and the museum will be closed from 12 noon through 12 midnight.
• Sunday, May 1, 2022
Chalan Pale Arnold Road between Sugar King Park and the museum will be closed from 12 noon through 12 midnight.
The road closure will safely allow event attendees to cross between the Sugar King Park and the CNMI Museum. All motorists are asked to plan ahead by taking alternate routes to avoid delays.
DPS is also asking motorists to avoid being behind the wheel while drunk, drugged, drowsy, or distracted — and to be vigilant for joggers, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
