The leaders of Northern Marianas College, the Northern Marianas Technical Institute, and the Public School System delivered their first State of Education Addresses on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022 at the Saipan World Resort Taga Hall. The State of Education Address is an annual platform for NMC, NMTech, and PSS to present their plans for student success and workforce development.
