Mayor Edwin P. Aldan and his wife lay a wreath at the Tinian Veterans Memorial Park on Thursday.
The Tinian and Aguiguan leadership presented a House resolution and a plaque of recognition to retired CSM Dolores P. Kiyoshi for her 30 years and two months of service. Kiyoshi was also the keynote speaker for this year’s Veterans Day ceremony on Tinian.
