Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that on November 4 at around 7 p.m., an off duty officer called dispatch and reported a possible drunk driving incident.
The officer said the vehicle was heading towards topside area.Police responded and pulled over the vehicle and subjected the driver to a test and when he failed the test he was cited for DUI and reckless driving.On November 5, at 8:30 p.m. a female caller reported a car accident at the topside area.Police responded and saw the car ran off the road and overturned.The driver who did not sustain any injury went out of his car and was approach.When the officers approached him, they smelled a strong scent of alcohol from the driver’s mouth.The driver was subjected for a test and was cited for DUI and reckless driving when he failed the test.
