The USS Curtis Wilbur is an Arleigh Burke class guided missile destroyer. The warship is a multi-mission platform designed to support carrier and expeditionary strike group. The embassy said that Curtis Wilbur is part of the Kitty Hawk Carrier Strike Group.The Curtis Wilbur was commissioned on March 14, 1994 and currently operating from Yokosuka, Japan.
