HYATT Regency Saipan welcomes its new event sales assistant manager, Vivian Taitano, who will handle hotel banquet sales and events.
She joined the sales and marketing team last week and is ready to take on new challenges and to be hands-on in planning the on-site execution of small and large events.
Taitano is no stranger to Hyatt. She first joined the hotel in 1995 as an administrative assistant and later became an executive secretary. In 2000, she became banquet sales manager and was named executive housekeeper in 2010.
In 2013, she became the Pacific Islands Club’s banquet manager and executive housekeeper. From 2019 to 2023, Vivian served the Veterans Affairs Office as its program coordinator and the CNMI Bureau of Military Affairs as its contracting specialist.
Today, she is back to her first “home,” the Hyatt Regency Saipan.
“It is great to be back!” she said. “Part of it is I treat Hyatt as my home. I am glad to see old and new faces working at the Hyatt,” Taitano added.
