(Department of Public Safety) — The Crime Stoppers and DPS Criminal Investigations Bureau are asking for help from the public to find a man wanted for burglary and theft charges. An arrest warrant for John Taisacan, 24, has been signed by CNMI Superior Court Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio.
