Woman wants case dismiss against ex-bf

Maria Takisang on June 19 filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the three counts of assault and battery charged against former boyfriend Mike Henry, a conservation officer.

Takisang in her motion stated that she do not wish to testify or pursue charges against Henry.The woman requested the Office of the Attorney General to dismiss the charges against Henry.Henry is set to appear in court on July 2 at 9 am for status conference hearing.Henry appeared on May 28 for arraignment and denied the charges.He was on bail release after posting $2,000 surety bond.Henry was charged with three counts of assault and battery for assaulting the victim on three separate occasions.A court document stated that the victim was assaulted on April 16, May 15 and May 25.The document stated that Henry is a conservation officer while the victim is a school teacher.
