REPRESENTATIVES from around 15 companies attended a presentation by office solution specialist Tiffany Rabacal-Harper of Xerox Hawaii at the local Xerox office on Thursday.
She said many Xerox machines have numerous time-saving features. The AltaLink model, for example, has automatic color booklet making capability, and can automatically staple multi-page documents. It also has hole punching features, a customizable device interface, and more.
“The type of devices we have, even at standard configuration, suits a lot of companies and organizations across a wide range of industries, from government to healthcare to financial to commercial and beyond,” Rabacal-Harper said.
She said a longer workshop would be necessary to train interested businesses in maximizing the use of Xerox machines. She added, however, that Xerox Saipan can offer training solutions.
