• Cyril Yinnifel, representing Dalipebinaw municipality.
Chief Tharngan directed the state leadership and the general public to the two new council members for any matters involving their respective Municipalities.
The other members of the council are James A. Yatman of Fanif; Francis X. Fithingmow of Gagil; James Limar of Gilman; Eric Kenyel of Rumung; Steven Mar of Tomil, and; John Pong of Weloy. Tharngan represents Maap while Thomas Falngin is the treasurer and represents Rull.
