6JMS Vicious not only dominated the regular season of the 2022 SDA Bud Light Dart League Ladies Division, they also bagged the Bud Light Cup after dousing the Oleai Tracy’s Smokerz, 8-3, on Monday at the 6JMS Sports Bar.
Vicious were in complete control right from the start with Emy Oiterong and Mary-Lois Blaluk, along with Frances Magofna and Jamie Hayes, pulling a clean sweep in the opening Partners 501 game for a 2-0 advantage.
As individuals, they remained unstoppable as all four notched separate wins to extend their lead, 6-0.
In the Partners 701 game, the Smokerz started to find their groove as Jancy Jones and Julie Laniyo, along with Carolla Apong and Lizann Deleon Guerrero, scored a two-win sweep to break their silence.
Jones tried to keep the momentum burning with a solo win in the opening round of the Singles Half-It game, but the rest of the team failed to keep up, allowing Vicious’ Hayes and Magofna to claim the two wins needed to secure match victory and the Ladies Division Bud Light Cup.
