TAMBAYAN Distorted B remains at the top of the food chain in the Thursday B Fanihi Division of the SEDA Bud Light League after draining the Tambayan 80 Proofers 12-3 Thursday at the Tambayan Bistro Bar.
Although the Distorted B won by a huge margin, the 80 Proofers gave them a good fight.
80 Proofers Pol Guardian and Erwin Aragon split the opening 301 Double In/Double Out match 2-2, but that was the end of their time in the spotlight.
The 80 Proofers suddenly lost their touch, allowing Distorted B to take over.
Garnett “Lights Out” Martin, Aldebert Lizama, Hank “Solo” Reyes, Eldin Maratita, and Kerik Lizama found their rhythm and could not be stopped as their team, Distorted B, swept the next three matches and took a commanding 10-2 lead.
But the 80 Proofers continued to give it their all and were rewarded with a single win in the Partners Half-It match before they went down to defeat, 3-12.
Thunder Darts vs Purple Haze
Also seeing action on Thursday were 6JMS Thunder Darts B which blew away the Spicy Thai Purple Haze, 12-3.
The Thunder Darts were simply unstoppable. They notched a clean sweep in the opening 301 Double In/Double Out, and followed it up with two more blowouts to lead 8-0.
Purple Haze tried to catch up, but could only split the next two matches before Thunder Darts sealed victory, 12-3.
Joining the winner’s circle were Jonny’s Dartaholiks who took down Bistro Pues Ok, 12-3; and the 6JMS Bandits who pummeled Oleai Na Bali Last Dart, 12-3.
