Herman’s Modern Bakery donates $10,000 to 2022 Pacific Mini Games

HERMAN’S Modern Bakery on Monday joined the sponsors of the upcoming  2022 Pacific Mini Games 2022 by donating $10,000 to the organizing committee.

As a bronze sponsor, Herman’s Modern Bakery will also be part of the mini games’ catering team that will feed over 1,800 athletes during the nine-day event that will start on June 17, 2022.

“We’re excited for the athletes to taste your food,” organizing committee chairman Marco Peter told Herman’s Modern Bakery President Herman T. Guerrero and his staff.

“So once again, thank you very much for your support, and this will go a long way for the games,”  Peter added.

Guerrero noted that Herman’s Modern Bakery was the first  business established on island right after the war, “and my parents always made sure that we catered to the community.”

He added, “We certainly want to continue to be part of the community. If it wasn’t for the community, Herman’s would not have survived so it’s critical that we need to continue to remember that we are part of the community.”
