THE Saipan Electronic Darts Association Bud Light League on Saturday honored its outstanding players during an awards banquet at the Pacific Islands Club.
Hi-In
In the Hi-In category, seven players from each division received an award. These are the players who recorded the highest scores in their first three darts thrown in any “01” games such as the 301 or the 501.
The top players in the C Division, the Tuesday B Division, the Fanihi B Division, the Flame Tree B Division and the A Division were Frances Magofna, Hank “Solo” Reyes, Carlos “Corona” Cervania, Jemma “Jemz” Manibo and Nestor Abing. Each of them scored 160.
As for the A+ and Inter-Government divisions, the top players with 170 points each were Jayson John and Julian Matsutaro.
Hi-Out
The Hi-Out Award is given to players who recorded the highest scores with the last three darts to finish “01” games.
They are:
“Pistol Pete” Lizama, C Division, 148 points;
Jayphil Bernard, Tuesday B Division, 108 points;
Augustin Hocog, Fanihi B Division, 154 points;
Darwin Sablan, Flame Tree B Division, 151 points;
Jess “Pinatubo” Villar, A Division, 141 points;
Alfred Hocog, A+ Division, 144 points; and
Frances Magofna, Inter-Government Division, 108 points.
Top Gun
To receive the Top Gun Award, a player must lead with the highest weighted average with 80% of the score played from cricket to “01” games.
The awardees are:
C Division’s Davis Bueckis, 50.44;
Tuesday B Division’s Russ “Mr. Pogi” Cruz, 52.47;
Fanihi B Division’s Carlos “Corona” Cervania, 53.78;
Flame Tree B Division’s Darwin Sablan, 49.58;
A Division’s Tony “The Tiger” Castro, 62.55;
A+ Division’s Burth Dacumos, 70.86; and
Inter-Government Division’s James Tudela, 47.77.
MVP
The Most Valuable Players of each division:
John Santos, C Division, with a winning percentage of 91.5%;
Stan Ngalen, Tuesday B Division, 99.4%;
Darwin Sablan, 100%, Flame Tree B Division;
Carlso Cervania, Fanihi B Division, 100%;
Tony Castro, A Division, 95%;
Burth Dacumos, A+ Division, 100%; and
James Tudela, Inter-Government Division, 98.7%.
