Sports coordinator, Derron Flores said 14 teams from different government agencies have expressed interest to join the dart competition that will be held on Fridays at 7 p.m., at the Gilbert C. Adaa Gym.
Flores said the idea of organizing dart league among government employees was brought up to him by Jim Gebhard, general manager of Pacific Amusement.
The Sports and Recreation, Flores has approved the proposal.
Any of the government agencies can form more a one team with a minimum of four players and maximum of eight players.
Current government employees, retirees, veterans, reservists and federal government staff can join the electronic dart league.
Fee will be $20 per player and is due on Sept. 11. Forms are available at the Ada Gym and Pacific Amusement office in Garapan.
Interested players are invited to attend the final meeting on Sept. 11 at the Ada Gym conference room.
