After a hard fought basketball knockout game, teams MPIIC and Fish N Fins earned their right to be part of the final four after winning against their respective challengers on separate divisions

Team MPIIC connected with their perimeter shots to start off a five point lead ending the first quarter. And as the game ended the second half with a score of 40 – 33, MPIIC worked on their outside shooting while putting up aggressive stops that put PNCC / UC’s gameplan at bay.

Although players like Phillipus, Tochong, Asailee, and Ula shot for 16, 10, 11, and 11 points respectively for PNNC / UC, at was clearly nor enough to sustain the powerful offensive and defensive drive of their opponent that ended with a final tally of 69 – 64. Russ, Burton, and Jeff of MPIIC finished with 20, 18, and 17 on that order.
