The teams include Ol Aces, Docomo Hoopaholics, IT &E,
Runnin’ Rebels, Quichocho Law Office, Diamond Auto Fixers and CNMI Nationals.
The opening games between Ol Aces and Hoopaholics, IT&E and Runnin’ Rebel are initially scheduled at the end of this month, while the match between Quichocho Law Office and Diamond Fixers will see action on Jan. 30.
League coordinator, Elias Rangamar said they are looking at scheduling a goodwill tournament with Guam after the league.
He wants to inform that the players who has not turned in their waivers and pay the membership fees yet will not be allowed to play.
The organizers have been announcing since earlier this month, the submission of pertinent papers for the teams that are interested to participate.
“It’s really disappointing when some teams are still ignoring the requirements,” Rangamar said.
He however bid good luck to all participating teams and “bear in mind that we want to schedule a goodwill tournament preferably with Guam right after the league for the national team’s tune up.”
