A+ CONSULTING ended the regular season unscathed and secured their seat in the finals after easing past Blue Haus, 68-55, in the Masters Division of the IT&E United Filipino Organization Basketball League at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium on Sunday.

A+ Consulting delivered a commanding performance throughout the game

In the opening half, they asserted their dominance on both ends of the court. On offense, Alis Robles stole the show as he quickly heated up from beyond the arc, sinking four triples, while teammates Chris Sanchez, Julius Domine, and Andrew Ashburn chipped in to help build a double-digit lead.

Despite the valiant efforts of George De Guzman and Brendon Talania, Blue Haus struggled to keep up with the pace and precision of their opponents under A+ Consulting’s relentless pressure. Costly turnovers and missed shots widened the gap, putting them further behind, 42–25.

In the second half, Blue Haus began to find their rhythm, sparked by Elmer Esdrelon’s eight consecutive points. Teammates Junar Guiab and JR Barrios soon joined the fray, chipping in to fuel the rally. However, with every basket they made, A+ Consulting answered right back on the other end.

A+ Consulting’s Alex Lauron led the offensive charge with nine points. With support from Timothy Wesley, Chris Sanchez, and Andrew Ashburn, the team maintained a comfortable lead long enough to secure a 68-55 victory and a spot in the finals. They will face KPro, which clinched its finals berth after edging out Water Front Oasis, 60-59.

KPro controlled most of the opening half, taking a nine-point lead into the break, 42-33. Water Front Oasis gradually mounted a comeback in the second half and had a chance to steal the win, but with just three seconds left on the clock, their game-winning attempt fell short, sealing the victory for KPro.
