The ACS runners had a great start thanks to Jesse Campbell’s speed. Schoolmates Reyviel Van Escarlan and Benjamin Cai then joined Campbell at the finish line in 2nd and 3rd places followed by Joey Xia (5th), Ratul Bhuya (7th) and Alice Daun (8th).
Claiming second place was Isla Montessori School.

Isla’s Georgia Baetge and Addison Pauling finished 4th and 6th but the rest of the team did not reach the top 10 as Jackson Koning, Cooper Fong and Oliver Pauling finished in 13th, 14th and 15th places.
Kagman Elementary School gave Isla a good scare but KagES had four participants only: Paige Blanco, Tatum Jones, Justo Quitugua and Jolene Cabrera. Their collective effort was not enough to put their team higher than third place.
Mount Carmel School did not have enough runners to join the team competition but MCS student Chanseo (Stephen) Yeom finished second overall.
For his part, Agape’s Peter Pang finished first in the middle school boys division with a time of 00:15:30 while schoolmate Barbara Wang clocked in at 00:16:05 to top the girls division.
