The KFT defeated team Docomo, 8-7 last Monday and went 2-for-2 on Wednesday with five goals from Dae Min Jeon and two from Jeong Jin Jeon.
Dae Min posted four points in a strong first half and finished off with one goal alongside Dae Won Jeon, Jin Wook Cho, and Sang Ho Choi.
Jimmy mustered a field goal for Go Green but couldn’t recover in time.
In a women’s match-up, Nola Hix led IT&E Team Awesome to a 5-2 victory against the Thai Team. Both Hix and Natalie Hill notched two points apiece in the first half, with the former landing an extra goal past Thai goalie Chutima Borja.
Team Docomo settled for a 7-7 draw against Arkie Reusora and the Red Inter Team.
Team Inter briefly led, 4-3 but succumbed to an all-out offensive Ropati Tonuu, who hammered three goals in the second half. Tonuu scored his first of four points earlier in the match along with Trey Dunn and David Loan.
Reusora pulled off a two-goal combo in the first half, in addition to two points from Edwin Cruz and Dale Roberts.
Meanwhile, team Shirley’s B’s Alexa Vergara and Ira Palero each earned two goals to sweep a group of former Marianas High School students from team Kulet’s.
Shirley’s won, 5-3 despite Goldie Aque’s efforts for a second goal.
Marrielle Gariguez aided team Shirleys’ winning rally with one point from the first half.
