April 9th, Friday will be the target day for the Annual Sports Dinner organized by the Palau National Olympic Committee in which the gathering of all sports federations that will happen at the Palau Pacific Resort (PPR) to reward their most outstanding athletes. It is an event for everyone at all levels of sport and provides the opportunity for the community to recognize all athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers and sponsors and many other partners making a significant contribution to all sports development and programs.
National Federations were obligated to submit their nominations to Marcy Tellei at the Palau NOC Office and will be carefully looked at and reviewed to determine and athlete of each association that deserves to be awarded.
As a result, all road goes to PPR this Friday when the most outstanding athlete of the year will be hailed while other important individuals who have donated and devoted their time and effort to the community of sports believers that helped in the expansion , improvement,and advancement of any sports federation on the island.
In relation to this, TEAM PALAU MICRONESIAN GAMES UPDATE, the Team, composed of All Athletes, Coaches and Officials with Palau Leadership will have their first assembly at the Palau National Gymnasium on April 8th Thursday, 6:00 p.m.
